Downstairs

The main accommodation in Villa Helios, radiates off a main open plan Great Room on the ground floor with a clean, modern, well appointed kitchen and open plan dining and sitting area.

The Kitchen

Dish Washer, Fridge Freezer, Microwave, 4 slice toaster as well as a very comprehensive range of gadgets, utensils and cookware are provided. There is also a washing machine.

We realise that some people are tempted into more daring culinary exploits on holiday.

We even supply a Cool Box, ice packs and Shopping basket for your excursions.

The indoor dining area seats 6.

TV Area

The Sitting Area surrounds the open fireplace, which you might enjoy early or late in the season or throughout the winter although the villa has full central heating.

The sitting area has a Home Theatre system playing CD’s as well as DVDs on a large Flatscreen TV that also has Sky including a number of English language favourites.

You have access here to a PC, with Skype, connected to broadband, with WIFI and a landline telephone.

From the great room you access all three bedrooms. Two twin bedded rooms are adjacent to and share a large family bathroom with bath and shower cubicle.

The Master bedroom has a kingsize bed, an ensuite shower room with lipless cubicle that can even accommodate a wheel chair.

All of the bedrooms have Air Conditioning and mosquito nets on the windows. Each bedroom has triple robes and large chest of drawers.

Bedlinen and towels are provided along with a weekly maid service. You will need to provide only your own beach towels.

A cot and highchair can be provided, as well as babysitting by arrangement. Please provide your own cot linen.

Upstairs

Upstairs is a family room in which large comfortable sofas face each other across a table.

You may find yourself chatting or playing our selection of games into the wee small hours, safe in the knowledge you will not disturb any children already in bed.

To save you the effort of going downstairs there is a mini fridge provided.

This level enjoys lovely tranquil views all around, to the sea and sunset and mountains.

Also upstairs there is another Terrace with an equally large circular teak table set up to enjoy the amazing sunsets that this side of Island is famous for and overlooking the pool areas.

Outside

Through French Doors you access the large covered dining terrace. The extendable teak table and chairs here seat 8 in case of drop in guests.

There is also a Gas Barbeque located on the terrace which can be used no matter the weather.

In front of the covered dining terrace is a completely enclosed patio ideal for your children to play. There is a large half moon paddling pool here only around a foot deep and completely separated and gated from the main pool.

The main pool is 8m by 5m and unusually both pools enjoy full heating. The pool 'deep end' is quite shallow and is great for playing water volleyball.

The spacious pool terraces have 6 very comfortable sunloungers and two parasols 3 meters wide so that nearly the whole side may be shaded.

This area is totally enclosed by a high wall offering complete privacy.
